If our experts confirm that the product is not damaged or that the product is not contaminated, After deducting the shipping costs, the total amount will be paid.

If our experts confirm that the product has a defect or the quality of the product is not the same as the said quality, all shipping costs will be borne by Seferferonstation and the entire purchase amount will be paid.

If the saffron expert does not confirm the defect or damage announced in the delivered product

Saffronstation will return the full shopping cost of product and delivery expenses after subtraction of delivery expenses.
